Sales Development Representative (SDR)

A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential customers to generate new sales opportunities for the business. Their main goal is to book meetings with qualified leads and build a strong pipeline for the sales team to close deals.
Your Responsibilities
You identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn)
You research target accounts and key decision-makers to build high-quality prospect lists
You initiate first contact with potential clients and generate interest in our solution
You schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive / Sales team
You maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all outreach activities
You follow structured outreach cadences and continuously optimize messaging based on response rates
You collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Your Profile
You have strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with new people
You are goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by performance targets
You have a proactive mindset and take ownership of your pipeline
You are comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools (or willing to learn quickly)
You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage, but not required
