A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential customers to generate new sales opportunities for the business. Their main goal is to book meetings with qualified leads and build a strong pipeline for the sales team to close deals.
Your Responsibilities
You identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn)
You research target accounts and key decision-makers to build high-quality prospect lists
You initiate first contact with potential clients and generate interest in our solution
You schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive / Sales team
You maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all outreach activities
You follow structured outreach cadences and continuously optimize messaging based on response rates
You collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive (AE) to drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term customers. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—working closely with marketing and sales development teams to turn opportunities into revenue.
This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by results, ownership, and performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and close qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities
Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and business challenges
Deliver compelling product/service presentations and demos
Develop and present tailored proposals and pricing solutions
Negotiate terms and close deals with confidence and professionalism
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in the CRM
Collaborate with SDRs/marketing teams to optimize lead conversion
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account executive roles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience managing a full sales cycle
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, services, or high-ticket B2B sales
Background working with SDR teams or structured sales funnels
Understanding of consultative or solution-based selling
